Terms and Conditions – Ticket Sales

Article 1: Identity of the organization

Ticket sales are organized by 1863.FARMFEST VZW, located at Buntelarestraat 36, 9910 Aalter, Belgium. Company number (KBO/VAT): BE1033.097.906. Contact: info@rattlethebarn.com.

Article 2: Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every purchase of tickets for events organized by 1863.FARMFEST VZW via this website.

Article 3: Prices and payment

All listed prices are in euros and include VAT and other taxes. Orders are only final once the payment, processed via our payment partner Mollie, has been successfully completed. After payment, the buyer will receive the tickets via the provided e-mail address.

Article 4: No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, buyers do not have a right of withdrawal. Because this concerns the provision of services related to leisure activities on a specific date, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. Purchased tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

Article 5: Force majeure, cancellation, and postponement

In the event of force majeure (such as, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, government measures, unforeseen artist cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances), the VZW reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event.

In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date and a refund of the ticket amount is not possible.

In the event of a definitive cancellation, the liability of the VZW is strictly limited to the refund of the nominal ticket price, excluding any service or transaction costs. The VZW is never liable for any other costs incurred by the visitor, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Article 6: Admission and house rules

The organization reserves the right to refuse admission if tickets appear to be forged or if the visitor fails to comply with the house rules at the venue (De Laerehoeve).

Article 7: Applicable law and competent court

All agreements concluded with the VZW are exclusively governed by Belgian law, regardless of the buyer's place of residence. In the event of any disputes, the courts of the judicial district of East Flanders (Ghent division) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
